LFP acted as Quantity Surveyors on the project to construct 3 new small industrial units as an extension to an existing Industrial Park in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The contract was let on the basis of an Intermediate Form of Building Contact Form where the scheme was designed by the Design Team prior to tender. LFP produced Bills of Quantities and provided post contract Quantity Surveying services.
The scheme was completed on site in February 2020.
