New Dentist Building, Kempshott, Basingstoke

LFP have been appointed by Grainger PLC to provide Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services on this new build project in Basingstoke. The scheme comprises the design and construction of a bespoke 2 storey building which will serve as a Dentist Surgery. This project is one element of the wider brief to provide community facilities for the growing residential community in Kempshott, Basingstoke.

Works on site are due to commence in the summer of 2020 with completion anticipated in the Summer of 2021.
