LFP were appointed to oversea this mixed use development on behalf of the developer client. The scheme comprised a combination of new construction and the refurbishment/alteration of the existing retained building to form a 5000sq ft children’s day nursery over two floors with associated external play area. The residential element of the scheme created 8 new residential units. The scheme required detailed coordination to accommodate the requirements of the Children’s Day Nursery operator within the constraints of the existing building. The scheme was completed to a very high standard. LFP provided Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services on the project, together with liaison with the Developer’s Funding Representatives and the Children’s Day Nursery Management team.
