Civil Engineering Surveying

LFP are able to provide a specific Civil engineering quantity surveying service to deal with all infrastructure, Civils construction and highway matters from value management, pre contract documentation preparation and tender review through to Sub contractor administration and administering maintenance programmes. LFP are currently employed as construction cost consultants for the delivery of infrastructure works serving several large residential housing schemes within Hampshire and Surrey. We have also acted as consortium project manager for various developments, principally dealing with managing infrastructure costs. Commissions have included preparation of initial feasibility studies, detailed costings on new developments and Construction Management utilising package contractors.

Our knowledge of civil engineering and infrastructure works has also been utilised on numerous commissions where LFP have been appointed by land owners to provide an assessment of construction costs in connection with land purchase option agreements.
