Dentist Building, Basingstoke

LFP are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to provide Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services on a scheme to design and construct a new bespoke dentist building in Basingstoke. The project, on behalf of Derwent Developments (Grainger PLC), is part of a wider programme to provide leisure/care facilities for the growing residential scheme in the Beggerwood area of Basingstoke. Fellow members of the team are R&M Regeneration Management (PM), Stride Treglown (Architects), AKS Ward (Structural Engineers), Mayer Brown (Civil Engineers) and Troup, Bywater’s & Anders (M&E)
