The building was an outdated seven storey block of apartments in need of updating, both internally and externally.
LFP were appointed by Grainger Plc to oversee the project which involved an extension to the rear of the building, the refurbishment of the external facades including the installation of bronze cladding. In addition, the individual apartments were modernised to a high standard.
