LFP have been appointed to provide Employers Agent & CDMC services for the conversion of the vacant first floor office accommodation into 27 self-contained apartments. The works also include remedial works to the existing roof and terrace areas of the residential units on the upper floors.
The contract sum is approx. £2 million with the works being carried out over 7 months.
